Mosaic Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills. The hotel boasts energetic and vibrant interiors that embrace natural tones and materials including Mosaic's signature sage with fun injections of color throughout. Stylistic and functional, each of the creatively designed rooms feature distinctive low-slung clean-lined chairs, luxurious linens and whimsical wall art.
Mosaic underwent a complete rebrand including a 4-month property renovation, website design overhaul and total 180 in tone and strategic positioning.
With Mosaic Hotel's rebrand allowed for the opportunity to make a bold second first impression in the form of a grand reopening email campaign.
The objective of the campaign was to drive brand awareness for the new-look, new-feel luxury hotel experience, drive direct bookings and decrease bookings from outside travel agencies.
Messaging of the campaign focused on a 35% discount special offer for early bookings, a taste of the newly renovated property as well as the social media campaign, #ProjectPolishMosaic, an outlet for viewers to speculate about their upcoming stay.
An email copy split test to better understand the new target audience led to a highly successful campaign.
