The Investor's Edge's niche in the real estate investing market is its ability to provide 100% financing for the purchase price of a property and not requiring monthly payments for the initial term of the loan. The Investor's Edge prides itself on being designed by real estate investors for real estate investors.
Creating a positive, more representative online presence in the form of 5-star reviews was identified as a key goal in the re-brand of The Investor's Edge.
The 5-star reviews campaign I created focused on increasing conversion rates and revenue while also decreasing "cold feet" type refund rates. This was accomplished by taking a multi-channel, multi-angle approach with both internal and external actions.
